It’s EXACTLY what it sounds like. We don’t track vacation days and we don’t babysit. If you’re killing it at work and clients are amazed, you deserve time off. A made-up number of “vacation days” shouldn’t prevent you from traveling to your friend’s wedding or taking that once-in-a-lifetime trip.
Having fun and enjoying yourself shouldn’t be squeezed in or once every five years, it should be a regular part of work & life. We trust you to do your best work first and foremost, otherwise, we wouldn’t have hired you.

Every year, all MBA employees converge in Miami for an action-packed week of activities and outings. Team members enjoy a cooking class, escape room challenge, DJ spinning session, karaoke sing-off, puppy play dates and many other surprises. But we do call it Cruise Week for a reason: The week leads up to the yearly 3-day, all-expenses-paid for you + 1, cruise to the Bahamas. If we have a good year, you get a piece. If we have a GREAT year, you get a bigger piece. Everyone owns a piece of the agency’s success and our profit share puts some of that success directly on your paycheck.
We also have a tri-annual bonus based on your individual performance. Part self-evaluation and part peer review, your Performance Review Score will directly correlate with a cash bonus paid out three times per year.
We believe the best work is done in person. Efficiency, teamwork and execution are all optimized with face-to-face communications. We also recognize our focus on results above all else, can be compromised by adherence to the traditional 9-to-5.
We set you up with all the equipment you need to successfully work from home, because sometimes it’s more efficient and let’s be honest, sometimes you just need to. We simply ask for you to plan accordingly, be productive, be available, and overcommunicate. As mentioned, we don’t babysit. You are an adult and we will treat you like one. We trust you to do your best work (regardless of location),
otherwise, we wouldn’t have hired you.
