For the first time in three years Facebook is updating business Pages with a new design and new features. The redesign is geared to enhance the mobile experience of business Pages to better drive sales and leads.
The main updates include:
- Call-to-Action Buttons: The three call-to-action button options are:
- "Call Now"
- "Send Message"
- "Contact Us"
- Buy Button: The “Buy” button allows business Page visitors to purchase products and services without leaving the application, leading to a more seamless experience.
Before implementing any call-to-action buttons, consider which action would make the most sense for connecting with your customers.
