Max Borges Agency wins a 2015 Bulldog Media Relations Award

August 17, 2015

This month, Bulldog Reporter announced the 2015 Bulldog Media Relations Awards. Our client Polar was recognized for their CES Ironman Triathlon and #LoopForCharity events as a winner in the Best Special Event/Stunt Category. The first-ever CES event featured Olympic triathlete Tim Don, who wore Polar’s V800 while swimming 2.4 miles in the Venetian Hotel pool, cycling 112 miles at the Polar booth, and running a full 26.2 mile marathon live on the show floor and on the famed Vegas Strip to showcase the watch’s full capabilities.

In addition to the Ironman triathlon, the agency executed a digital media campaign called #LoopForCharity. Using Polar’s latest fitness tracker the Loop, journalists competed against each other to see who could take the most steps during CES while tweeting their progress and earning cash for their favorite charities with every step. Bulldog’s annual awards recognize excellence and outstanding performance in the communications industry.
