Crafting a unique mounting system for iPads, Vogel’s RingO was not achieving the widespread attention or sales the product was capable of due to the company’s lack of creative social media expertise. MBA created a social store on Vogel’s Facebook page, including a customized banner image, showcasing the products versatility and encouraging users to submit product reviews. Within one month, Vogel’s RingO US Facebook social store directed over 400 users to Apple.com, gained more than 1,800 fans and saw conversations of their product among over 300 individuals. Positive reviews were left on Apple.com and overall, Vogel’s social media was effectively impacted for the brand.
